Housekeeping Services:

We provide turnover housekeeping services during your specified time frame. We will schedule a team to go into your home and clean it top to bottom before the next guests arrive. We will dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, straighten, launder towels, change linens and launder linens. On the outside, we will sweep, check for garbage and straighten up. We also monitor items such as light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, etc.

We recommend our thorough spring cleaning to get your cottage into tip-top shape for the summer season. All of our cleaners are trained and supervised. No more wondering if your cottage is really clean.

Supply Maintenance:

We will also monitor and restock supplies that you wish to provide for your guests such as:
  • toilet paper
  • facial tissue
  • paper towel
  • shower gel
  • dishwasher detergent
  • garbage bags
  • hand soap
  • napkins
  • dish soap
  • laundry supplies

On-Call Contact:

Who do your guests call if they have a problem at the cottage? We can be the local contact for your guests. Our telephone numbers can be posted in your cottage and we will be on-call for any matter from a leaky toilet to a fallen tree limb. We will then make the arrangements to have the situation resolved at the convenience of your guests.

Garbage Service:

Do guests often forget to put out the trash leaving a full can for the next renter? We will go by and roll out the can for them. We will then return the next day and bring the can back in from the curb.

Weekly Secure Key Turnover:

Not sure how to get the key to your guests? Your guests can pick up a key at our office during office hours. For the deluxe key turnover service, we will contact your guests prior to their arrival and make arrangements to meet with them to turn over the key. We will then go over the house rules and answer any questions. We will also return during the week to check in with your guests and see if anything is needed.

Security Deposit Checks:

We will perform a thorough examination of the property inside and out according to a customized check list. We will then e-mail or telephone you with a report at the end of each guests' stay. This will also include an estimate of any damages found.

Gift Baskets:

Want to have something special awaiting your guests when they arrive? Gift baskets can be prepared and delivered to your cottage. Each basket can be customized depending on the season and group (young/old kids, all adults, pets, etc.) to make everyone feel welcome. Click here for more info.

Directories:

Do you leave brochures and information for your guests only to find them damaged and missing from use? We will assemble a notebook directory to place in your cottage for your guests reference. The directory includes maps, activity brochures (updated with the change of seasons), shopping guides, and dining guides. An updated notebook is delivered each week.

We will also stock the cottage with all of the current tourist publications (The Laker, LAKE Magazine, etc.).

Tours for Prospective Guests:

When prospective guests want to tour your cottage before booking it, do you make the trip all the way to South Haven just to give them a tour? Let Coastal Concierge meet your prospective guests and let them into your cottage. We will stay with them and lock up when they are done.

Services for Vacationers:

Coastal Concierge also provides many services for vacationers. A brochure is available for your to include in your mailings to your guests. They will appreciate the services to make their vacation relaxing.

Off-Season Services:

As a year round company, Coastal Concierge offers services during the off-seasokn as well. If you continue to rent during the fall, winter, or spring months, we will continue to provide turnover services. We can also provide:
  • Cottage Patrols/Security Checks-weekly, bi-weekly or monthly-to insure the safety of your home.
  • Cottage closings and openings.
  • Vendor Services-let us schedule the painter or contractor to do those projects.
  • Arrange for lawn care, yard work, and snowplowing to be completed.
